Derek is heading to Ideas Fest 2026 next week!

We’re excited to see Derek representing BGi.uk at Ideas Fest on 9th September, where he’ll be speaking on a topic that’s hugely relevant to growing businesses:

“What Nobody Tells You About Scaling”

Derek will be taking to the stage at 4pm on Day 1 as a moderator, helping to explore the realities of scaling a business -the challenges, the lessons and probably a few things you don’t find in the usual business playbook!

We’re looking forward to some great conversations, fresh ideas and meeting other ambitious businesses along the way.

Henry was supposed to be heading to Bath Racing today on behalf of BGi.uk to see Blink Intermediary Solutions , but unfortunately the horses weren’t on!

So, plan B was called into action… a social golf simulator.

Henry bravely stepped up to the tee, gave it his best shot and demonstrated that whilst he may know his way around insurance…golf might not be his strongest area of expertise. 😂

A great afternoon nonetheless, with good company, a bit of friendly competition and a reminder that sometimes the best business conversations happen away from the office.

Bath Racing: Cancelled.
