New listing today. New build versatile fast craft that could be used in a variety of roles. Constructed by White Shipyard Ltd in 2018. Hull and superstructure constructed of aluminium. Top speed 30 knots Engines currently have less than 50 hours running time, that was mainly used for sea trials. The boat comes with a trailer for road transport and shipping. The boat will come with new Cat 3 workboat certification (20 miles from safe haven) for 4 persons and 24-hour commercial operation. The boat has been stored ashore on trailer.

"RMAS Vessels Drawing and Engine Manuals
Maritime Solutions has recently acquired a large archive of original builders ga plans, shell , machinery, electrical, pipework drawings and many engine manuals (Merles, Blackstone, Ruston, Lister, Dorman, Perkins, Enfield etc) and machinery manuals for axillary pumps etc for a lot of the former RMAS fleet that was taken over by SERCO. Types covered are Dog Class Tugs, Girl Class Tugs, Felicity Class, TUTT, Harbour Launches, Fleet Tenders, Lighter Barges of various sizes. A lot are generic to the type and some relating to named vessels. As we know it is harder to get these older vessels through classification and many were sold without the full set of drawings or have been lost. Some stability books also available. of the vessel or its type or engine/equipment type we will let you know what we have. Some GA plans would make great wall art or be of use to model makers."

The first or several departures expected this year Maritime Solutions will be involved in. The new owners of the Welsh Piper Tortola Barge Services Ltd appointed Maritime Solutions as UK representative to organise all aspects of the passage under tow of the dredger to its new dredging grounds in the British Virgin Islands from Avonmouth Docks. The Welsh Piper was Towed by tug Server of the Danish company NH Towage. The route took them via the Canary Islands for bunker then onwards directly to Tortola. We wish Tortola Barge Services every success with their new dredging ventures.
