Tax rebates!💰A little warning for CIS workers 👷 when it comes to tax rebates and declaring your income. Most lenders will assess what you can borrow based on income declared with HMRC. We do have lenders who will use C.I.S. slips to assess your income, but there are varied ways on how they access these and recent holiday or unpaid leave can have a dramatic negative affect on the income used and your maximum borrowing potential. While we do many mortgages based on CIS slips we also speak to many clients who wish they had taken advice before claiming a tax rebate because of other factors that weren’t even on their radar. tradielife
