We couldn’t be prouder of Charlie for passing her CeMAP exam! Charlie has worked really are over the past few months and has absolutely smashed it, passing all modules with distinctions or merits first time round! Anyone in the industry will know how notoriously hard these exams are, without throwing in a complete syllabus change half way through. Well done we are so proud of you 👏 🌟

We have a position available that will offer rewards and flexibility in terms, for the right person.

While a full time, Mon to Fri, 5 day week, would suit the business needs best, we appreciate this is not always possible and it’s more important for us to have the right person!

This position has been advertised at 25 to 37.5 hours, as we will consider a lower hour contract for someone who will enhance our team. In parallel, we would prefer an individual who can work across 5 days but we’re happy to have conversations with the right people, around a minimum of 4 days.

We are looking for someone who is focused, motivated and works well alone and as a team.

We have a fab team at C L Mortgages and we’re looking for a true team player who can enhance that further.

(Further flexibility can be offered in school holiday time, with the potential cutting or condensing down to a 3/4day week).
