How the Falmouth Banking Hub works

The Falmouth Banking Hub offers two types of service:

1. The Banking Hub counter
Open Monday to Friday for everyday banking transactions, including cash deposits, cash withdrawals, cheque deposits and balance enquiries.

2. Community bankers
Community bankers visit on specific days to help customers of their own bank with more detailed queries.

Current community banker days are:

Monday – Lloyds Bank (from Monday 1 June)
Tuesday – Barclays
Wednesday – Santander
Thursday – HSBC
Friday – NatWest

The Falmouth Banking Hub is at The Old Post Office, The Moor, Falmouth, TR11 3QA.

**Information for Lloyds Bank customers in Falmouth**

Lloyds Bank’s Falmouth branch on Killigrew Street closes on Monday 18 May.

The Falmouth Banking Hub is now open at The Old Post Office, The Moor, TR11 3QA.

From Monday 1 June, a Lloyds Bank community banker is due to be available at the Hub on Mondays.

In the meantime, the Banking Hub counter is open Monday to Friday, 9:15am–5:00pm, for everyday banking services including cash deposits, cash withdrawals, cheque deposits, balance enquiries, bill payments and business change services.

Please note: the counter can help with everyday transactions, but Lloyds account-specific support will be available when the Lloyds community banker attends.
