Please take the time to speak to your mortgage advisor before deciding to complete your own product switch direct with your lender. I have recently spoken with clients that thought they could do it themselves only to realise they would have chosen a product that was less suitable or did not actually meet their longer term needs. Having the discussion is worth your time.

Update on the Scottish First Home Fund! The fund opens to applications at 9am on April 1st. The funding has been reduced so once the budget is met, the fund will close to new applications. If you are thinking about using this option to help with your deposit, you will need to act quite quickly. I am here to help!
