We are delighted to see our colleagues pick up two accolades at yesterday’s Vita Awards.

Mike Norrish was named “Account Manager of the Year” whilst our underwriters were named “Underwriting Team of the year”!

Some of the feedback received from Vita advisers is below and makes for great reading:

“Mike is hands-down the most interactive and reachable BDM we have. Mike understands us as a business and always gives fair responses to requests I make. I believe he’s gone the extra mile to set boundaries with us, so both parties know what’s ‘acceptable’ with expectations of the other, leading to a well-oiled relationship.”

“Probably the most contacted BDM but nothing ever seems like too much trouble for him, and he continues to try his best to help whilst being personable.”

A huge “thank you” to all our teams for your continued hard work and efforts which saw us collect two further accolades at yesterday’s Protection Review Awards!

We won the Best Care & Support Experience award for our member benefits app HealthWise, delivered in partnership with Square Health, and were “highly commended” in the Best Adviser Marketing by an Insurer category.

These awards are a testament to the collective focus of everyone across our business in providing our members with easily accessible health and wellbeing support whilst helping advisers have great protection conversations through a range of tools, research, and insights.

Things are getting spooky…

We challenged our teams to get creative with their pumpkins this Halloween to raise money for our charity partner FORCE Cancer Charity.

We had 23 spooky entrants raising a total of £230 for FORCE - a fantastic effort!
