Mortgage Administrator

Beerstone Financial Services is a well established family run business in the heart of Exeter. We are looking to hire a new administrator to help with our always growing business.

We are looking for someone between 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday.

£10.40 per hour.

Tasks would involve handling adviser's diaries, submitting mortgage & insurance applications, liaising with lenders & other necessary parties, managing client journey through systems & communication, invoicing and ongoing client management.

The ideal candidate would have the following:
Experience in administrative and office tasks
An excellent telephone manner
A proactive approach
Highly skilled with IT & systems
Excellent organisational skills
High customer service standards
Enthusiastic attitude
Experience in financial services
While these traits are desirable, they are not mandatory.
