Team Breadalbane were out on the road last week, with Charlotte Leslie and Bella Watson attending the Women in Business event at Boroughmuir Rugby Club.

Chaired by Karyn Watt, the morning included networking followed by an insightful workshop on Flexible Working from Kirstie Smith of Anderson Strathern.

There were some great discussions around flexible working, sharing experiences, practical advice and exploring how businesses can create environments where people feel comfortable having these conversations.
