Our fast paced, forward thinking company, who put customer experience at the heart of everything we do, are looking to expand.

Scott Brown, our Director, made the transition from employed to self-employed back in 2007 and has never looked back. We have built a vast, loyal client base and have a reputation for delivering excellent service.

Progressing our business further, we are looking to collaborate with a like minded, driven individual, who’s is equally passionate about delivering exemplary service. Building excellent working relationships and trust with clients, whilst ensuring compliance requirements are met is of the utmost importance to us.

This role is on a Self-Employed basis and as we know from our own experience, that can be a daunting transition, we will commit our time in providing you with the required training and support along with client leads in the initial months. Coupled with your dedication and drive for success, the added benefit of flexible working hours, no earnings cap and the comfort of working from home (meaning that you do not have to be based in West Lothian), this opportunity is not one to be missed.

Experience in a Mortgage Advisory role either within the banking sector or a Mortgage Adviser Practice would be beneficial, though not essential. We are primarily focused on the individual’s qualities and fit with our team.

Full CeMAP (1, 2 & 3) or equivalent industry qualification, along with a valid Driving Licence are requirements for the position.

Hi everyone.

We came across this article, where the family made an assumption when setting up their Home Insurance and ended up losing everything they had (and they still have their mortgage to repay!).

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, to work within a forward-thinking Mortgage Adviser Practice, which has built a reputation on placing Customer Service at the forefront of all they do.

Sunny Mortgages was set up in January 2017 by an Adviser who has over 10 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. The Practice is looking to expand after developing a fantastic client proposition and streamline processes.

This Practice will give the Adviser the support to grow their business and client bank by helping with all round support, including:
- Compliance
- Professional Development & Training
- Systems
- Access to administrative support

Candidates would have:
- Full CeMAP (1, 2 & 3) or equivalent industry qualification
- Experience in a Mortgage Advisory role either within the banking sector or a Mortgage Practice
