As we are firmly in 2022 you may have set the New Years Resolution to get your business finances in order. Whether you are self employed or a small to medium business we are able to help. As a small firm we fully understand the pressures of trying to run your business and keep on top of the requirements to HMRC for VAT and PAYE. We are able to offer day to day bookkeeping, monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting, quarterly VAT Returns, payroll as required and preparation of your accounts for completion by your accountant at year end.

Craiglockhart Financial Services is a small Bookkeeping and financial consultancy practice that is looking to recruit a part time bookkeeper/ admin assistant. The role will involve 10 – 15 hours per week on a flexible basis. It will require working in the business office but also has the opportunity of working from home. The pay will be in the region of £12/hour and all relevant benefits will be paid as appropriate.

The job will consist of day to day admin tasks and finance data entry into a number of different accounting systems. Knowledge of Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial but are not essential. Additional knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent is also required. The applicants must be hard working, diligent and happy to work on their own as required.
