Or you could just pay whatever you can every month as an overpayment and that will also help.

Also you don’t need to specify that it goes straight to the capital it does that anyway.

You also don’t need to pay it fortnightly or whatever other monies people with bonuses spout on here.

The MPC have voted 4-3 to hold the Base Rate at 3.75%

The 3 wanted to increase it to 4%!

They put this down to inflation being slightly lower than expected but they are keeping an eye on the conflict in the middle east and what that could mean going forward. Which is an expectation that inflation will rise later this year.
