The Scottish Government has announced the return of the First Home Fund, but many people are already describing it incorrectly.

🚨 It is NOT an interest-free loan.

The First Home Fund is a Shared Equity scheme, meaning the Government takes an ownership stake in the property in exchange for their contribution.

✅ Up to £10,000 available
✅ First-time buyers only
✅ Maximum property value of £300,000
