Thank you to my lovely clients for another busy year. Also thank you for your support and patience when I took January off due to a bereavement.

Just about to submit the second of my applications today before packing up, emailing the docs and giving the clients a timeline with the lenders.

I’ll still be checking for updates during the festive holidays but won’t submit any new business. I’ll return on Monday 8th January all ready for 2024.

I’d like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and may you enjoy health, happiness and prosperity in 2024.

Amazing news from the fantastic Skipton Building Society who have launched a 100% loan to value product meaning NO DEPOSIT is required from applicants. This product is specifically aimed at helping renters become homeowners.

✅ Each applicant must be a First Time Buyer
✅ Each applicant must be aged 21 or over
✅ Have less than 5% deposit

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all of my clients this year for their business, their reviews, referrals and importantly their patience as it’s been challenging at times. I had some sad news recently which knocked me for 6 and it really does help having the support of loved ones more so this time of the year.

I am now taking some extra time off and will be back 01/02/23 but will be checking on applications that have been submitted so you’ll get updates as they come thru!

As expected the BoE has increased the base rate from 3% to 3.5%.

The benchmark rate is increased to its highest level for 14 years in a bid to tackle inflation.
