Part-Time Estate Agent Position – Bexhill

A successful independent estate agency based in Bexhill is looking for a confident and experienced individual to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

The Role -
This position will primarily involve conducting property viewings, alongside supporting the day-to-day running of our busy office.
* Approx. 22 hours per week
* Includes Saturdays, 9am–2pm
* Monday 8.30am - 5pm, Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
* Flexibility to cover annual leave.

The Ideal Candidate -
* Previous estate agency experience is absolutely essential
* Mature, professional and reliable
* Confident and sociable with excellent people skills
* Comfortable dealing with clients face-to-face
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Over the weekend, Nick took on the final stretch of the South Downs Way challenge, walking to support Dain Jensen and Mark Rayner’s incredible 100-mile journey raising awareness and money for Crohn’s, Colitis, and IBD 💜

Blessed with warm sunshine and clear skies, the last leg was filled with great conversation, positive energy, and some truly stunning views across the Downs 🌿

Pushing through together, the group made excellent time and proudly crossed the finish at the iconic King Alfred Statue — an inspiring end to an amazing effort 👏

They actually did it… 100 miles in 4 days 🤯💜

And somehow… still smiling at the end of it 😅👏

What an unbelievable achievement by Dain, Mark and the team, all in support of Crohn’s & Colitis — a cause that means so much to so many. Seeing them cross that finish line and then come straight to join us at Bognor Golf Club made the day even more special.

Yesterday was about more than just the walk. While the lads were powering through those final miles (on what must have been VERY questionable legs 🥴), we had a brilliant day of golf raising money — all leading into an evening that honestly had a bit of everything…

🎭 Caricaturist, magician & comedian keeping everyone entertained
🎁 Silent & live auctions (with some incredible prizes!)

It was emotional, it was fun, and it was exactly what this charity deserves — people coming together and showing up.

A special mention to Mark Rayner, who also completed the 100 miles. Knowing his son is battling Crohn’s & Colitis made this challenge even more powerful. Truly inspiring ❤️
