As the year comes to an end, we’ve reviewed local property data to see how Eastbourne house prices have moved in 2025.

Average values as of September 2025 👇🏻

• Flats: £174,000 (down 6.6% from September 2024
• Terraced houses: £274,000 (down 4.2% from September 2024)
• Semi-detached houses: £344,000 (down 3.5% from September 2024)
• Detached houses: £503,000 (down 4.5% from September 2024)

The average purchase price for a first time buyer in Eastbourne was £213,000 in September 2025, down from £225,000 in September 2024
