Creating flight case solutions that fit the practicality of real world use.

A recent project included this range of lighting case solutions for:

- Double Flight Case for Martin Mac Aura Raven in SIP (with clamps attached)
- 12-Way Flight Case for GLP Wildbar 16
- Double Martin Mac Viper XIP Flight Case in SIP (with clamps attached)

All manufactured using high-quality materials and heavy-duty hardware for maximum protection when out on tour.

Each design was developed around how the end user will actually use the cases in real-world environments.

Cases designed to allow lights to be transported with clamps still attached significantly reduce load-in and load-out time, while also minimising handling and setup issues.

Other designs included layered systems and dedicated yokes to ensure safe, efficient transportation of multiple fixtures, while still allowing quick access and clear organisation in busy environments.

We thought we'd do a little throwback to some warmer weather.

In the process, we found these cases that looked just as good as they were practical.

Finished with all-black hardware and colour-coded lid bands, these cases were designed to make equipment identification quicker and easier, whilst maintaining a clean, modern appearance.

With over 70 cases completed for equipment such as:
Lights, tripods, cameras, and screens (to name a few), with various racks and custom foam!

Colour and design were hugely important factors.

Hardware and material colour options are something many people don't realise can be customised or changed, but when used effectively they can have a significant impact on both the functionality and appearance of a case.

It's been a little while since our last post, but we've been fortunate to stay busy.

Over the past few weeks, we've been busy working on a range of projects, from large production runs and repeat orders through to custom one-off builds.

Cases for major brands and touring productions have also kept things interesting, and it's always exciting to know that our cases plays a small part in helping.

Alongside the cases themselves, we've also been helping customers explore different materials, branding options and internals to make sure each case works for them.

Away from the workshop, Cartisan Carts also attended the London Coffee Festival, which has led to a fantastic wave of new connections, enquiries and opportunities.

It's always exciting seeing such a variety of projects going through the workshop, and we're looking forward to sharing more of them with you soon.

Since becoming the official UK distributor for the Adding AluPro rack system, we’ve been working to bring the product closer to the market and reduce lead times for our customers.

These images were taken a few months ago while we were in the middle of a large project for Advanced Tooling Systems.

While we’re often able to showcase the finished cases, there’s a significant amount of work that happens long before that stage.

From early discussions with sales and design, through to material prep and precision assembly by our skilled workshop team, every step is carefully considered and has an important role in delivering the final result.

It’s been a particularly busy start to the year, but it’s always rewarding to receive such positive feedback from our customers.

A recent project for Seiko.

A full run of custom flight cases for LED timing clocks used at sporting events, designed to store, protect and transport multiple components in one system.

Each case was carefully designed to stack in different configurations, while staying within strict footprint and air freight height limits.

This project ran alongside other large builds over the past few months, keeping things busy across the workshop.

Always great to see repeat custom and the continued trust in what we do.
