We recently took on an 8‑bedroom C2 property that had been left in severe disrepair and was completely unfit for occupancy. When we first stepped in, the challenges were significant:

“Right… so how on earth do we actually get there?” 😂

This one means a lot.
What started nearly two years ago as a bold idea on paper has finally become real.

✅ Full planning approved
✅ Pressure planning signed off
✅ Every hoop jumped

But the truth is this wasn’t easy.
