I keep in touch with all of my clients on an annual basis and this exact story shows why..

Rates reducing! Exactly what we want to hear!

If your remortgage is due in the next 6-9 months contact us sooner rather than later to get a deal locked in. If a better deal comes up in the meantime we can re apply to that rate so don’t wait until last minute. Secure one ASAP 🙌

❗️It’s all over the news finally that rates are going down! ⬇️⬇️⬇️🥳🥳🥳

They have, in-fact, been going down continually for months! 😀

Looking at rates today compared with in the autumn the difference really is quite significant 🙌🏼

There are even some deals now sub-4%! Be careful on these though as they usually have super high fees meaning they may not actually be the cheapest overall ❌

Thinking of cancelling your life insurance or any other form of protection you have? 🫣

It’s January, everybody is struggling after Christmas which is showing a rise in missed/cancelled direct debits ❌

The best step to take rather than cancelling and leaving yourself with nothing is to REVIEW what you have. If you’re paying too much, contact me to discuss changing your cover.
