Terms and Conditions:
- Payment must be received before orders will be started.
- Any personalised items, must be detailed within an message/email and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure accuracy of spelling. Payment:
- Payment is accepted via PayPal, this ensures that both myself and the buyer are protected under PayPal policies. I can accept payment in cash or by bank transfer under ce
rtain circumstances. Cancellations:
- Non personalised orders can be cancelled with no charge until the item is dispatched. After the item has been sent, the item must be returned to me in a resalable condition. You must contact me within 14 days of purchase to arrange a cancellation. once the item has been returned(within 14days) & inspected a refund or exchange will be issued as per previous arrangement with the buyer. Return postage cost is payable by the buyer.
-Personalised & Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error occurs on my side. If the buyer has given me incorrect details e.g an incorrect name or date a refund will not be given. Deliver of Order:
- Items can take 7-14 days to be made.
- The majority of items will be made and dispatched within 7days. If the order is required urgently, please get in touch with me before purchase to ensure the time-scale can be met. I always post items requiring a signature so that if there are any problems with delivery we are both covered.
