Mortgage rate coming to an end? One of your available options may be a Product Transfer!

A mortgage product transfer is when you stay with your current lender but switch to a new mortgage deal once your existing one is ending.

It’s sometimes called a product switch.

Here’s how it works:

🔑 You don’t move lender – you keep your mortgage with the same bank/building society.

📑 Usually no new affordability checks – because you’re not changing lender, the process is simpler than remortgaging.
