Successful week up at Holburn Street. ⭐️

The plasterers have finished and the boys have done a fantastic job. Now, we’re looking forward to giving these walls a lick of paint to give the space a bright and welcoming feel 🌞

The fitting of the kitchen is nearing completion. We’ve gone for warm white finishes and an oak worktop to give this snug space a cosy atmosphere.🧑‍🍳(swipe for before and after)

To top the week off, the power of social media strikes again and we have a Tennent ready and waiting to move in. He visited yesterday and loved what he saw. 🔑

The countdown to completion and hand over is on. 🏠

The shifts have been put in this week💪🏽

Rewire underway. All sockets moved off of the skirtings and lighting added to allow for a softer and more modern feel. 💡

The work took us under the floorboards where we found the nicest shoes. Shame birthday has just past, shes been needing some new dancing shoes. 👀

Glad to see the property stripped back. Up next plastering 🩹

Refurb complete at Broomhill Road!!😃

This was actually completed a couple of months ago but as you can imagine life has been very busy with a newborn👶🏼

The team done a fantastic job to turn this run down 1 bed flat into a modern home for working professionals in Aberdeen👩‍💻

This was tennented straight away and is achieving £625 pcm🙌🏽

Already we are on to the next project. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on this one…..

🏠Strip out started last week at Broomhill road, Aberdeen

🤝 Im working away at the moment but the team in charge of the refurbishment have been hard at work ensuring that everything is done to the highest possible standard, and they have been keeping me updated on their progress

🤩Looking forward to this taking shape especially the new kitchen and bathroom
