Hello everyone 👋

Apologies for being a little quiet on social media recently. I’ve had my busiest and best year yet, helping clients move home, buy, remortgage, release equity, and tailor insurance to suit their individual needs.

Overall, it’s been a fantastic year 😊

Hello everyone 👋

I'm sorry for the recent silence on social media. Life has been a whirlwind, and I'd like to share a personal update. My beautiful 6-month-old niece, Raya, was born and immediately rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital in October. After a series of challenges and three procedures, we're overjoyed to hear she'll live a normal life without needing further medication or daily injections ❤️.

Meanwhile, I have been working tirelessly with clients, old and new, and I'm truly grateful for the trust you place in me to guide your important financial decisions.

Some Exciting news: I have been shortlisted for the NatWest Young Achiever Award at the Scottish Mortgage Awards in June 😁! I'm absolutely thrilled and look forward to attending the event with colleagues. Thank you to everyone who's supported me throughout my self-employed journey 🫶🏼.

What a boost and great start to the year ⭐️

We had our start of the year meeting at The Mortgage Finance Store today. A motivated pep talk I think we all needed 💪🏼

My colleague and friend Karolina swept the board receaving three awards for top broker, top mortgage broker and top protection broker 🫶🏼

To my surprise and delight James Rice (director of TMFS) only went and created a new award for the first time since he began doing them and gave me the “Future Star Award” ⭐️

I couldn’t have got here without the help and support from James and my colleagues and of course my clients 🙌🏼

This has really motivated me to kick to start the year and help more people with their mortgages and protection.

What a crazy busy eventful year 🫠

I just want to wish all my clients past, present and future a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎅🎉🥂

This year has been my busiest yet, helping clients achieve their property goals and sourcing insurance to fit their lifestyle and circumstances.

Below are just some scenarios I have helped clients with to get on the property ladder 🏡

•first time buyers
• adverse credit (including bankruptcy, so long as discharged for 3 years)
•remortgaging to clear high interest credit commitments or carry out home improvements
• Students looking to get a property near their uni and a family member also going on the mortgage (Joint borrower sole proprietor)
• elderly client received notification from the bank for repossession as his term came to end (I referred him to my colleague who has the licence to advise on equity release) my client will now get to stay in his home 🥰

This year I have helped 65 clients with mortgages and insurance to protect themselves.

In mortgage terms I have submitted £7,928,392 of mortgage applications.

I have been so quiet on here recently but there is a good reason for that.

I have been very busy helping clients achieve their property goals.

Below are just a few cases I have worked on recently and managed to get over the line to a mortgage offer.

First time buyers on a Tier 2 Visa- 95% loan to value- Mortgage offered ✅

Adverse Credit- Low credit score, Recent missed payments, defaults over 2 years- Mortgage offered ✅

Remortgage- elderly client who is due to retire in 2 years (when her mortgage term ends) does not want to give up her home- will receive pension income from a few sources, therefore client is eligible for a RIO (retirement interest only mortgage) Mortgage Offered ✅
