It's been a year since we added the last six properties to our Dundee portfolio, and what a year it's been!

​Instead of focusing on expansion, we've dedicated ourselves to improving our existing properties. It's been incredibly rewarding to see our tenants and guests enjoy their beautifully renovated homes.

​We're excited to continue enhancing our properties over the coming months and also help our investors with their own projects.

We're planning to add more properties to our portfolio next year, and we can't wait to share our progress with you.

The past few months have been a bit of a whirlwind! We've been working hard behind the scenes to simplify our booking process and increase visibility with a new channel manager and PriceLabs.

One interesting shift we've seen is a move away from Airbnb. After losing our Superhost status due to a few long direct bookings and an unfair review, we were hoping for a big jump in direct bookings since it’s the cheapest option for our guests. While we’re still working on that, we’ve actually seen a huge increase in bookings through Booking .com!

It's a good reminder that the world of online bookings is always changing. We're excited to keep fine-tuning our strategy and working to get more direct bookings. Watch this space!
