Bank of England Base Rate 📉🏛

The Bank of England have announced on Thursday 18th December 2025 that the Base Rate has been cut from 4% to 3.75%, this is a reduction of 0.25% and the lowest the Base Rate has been since February 2023.

If you are on a fixed mortgage rate this will not impact you, however if you are on a variable/tracker rate then this could positively impact your interest rate/monthly payment.
