Another great milestone completed! 💪 The rest of the chipboard flooring is now fully installed, creating a solid working platform. 🪵✅

All of the structural timbers have also been lifted into the loft and are in position, ready for the dormer framework to begin. 🏗️ Exciting to see the project moving into the next stage!

A big milestone reached this week! 🙌 The old lath and plaster ceilings have been completely removed and skipped, making way for the next stage. 🗑️

✅ New insulation has now been fitted to improve energy efficiency 🌡️
✅ Chipboard flooring installation is underway, and the new loft space is really starting to take shape! 🚧👷

All the remaining bricks from the old extension have been cleared away into the skip, the old porch has been demolished and the area thoroughly tidied up. The markings for the foundations are now down, ready for the dig to begin. 🏡🔨

Ceiling boarding is now complete, and the loft stair opening has been sealed off ready for cutting out the original ceiling from above. Stud work has also been built above the steel, and the internal wall has been removed to make way for the new staircase. 💪🏠
