Congratulations to Rebecca Cromie who was awarded Top Senior Member for County Down Young Farmers at the YFCU AGM!

Rebecca is a Customer Service Advisor in the Mourneview Agency and assists our customers with their car, commercial vehicle, and agricultural vehicle queries. She also introduces Financial Services to our customers and assists our Financial Adviser.

💛 MEET THE TEAM - REBECCA CROMIE 💛

What is your role within the NFU Mutual Mourneview agency office?
I am fairly new to insurance, having only been part of the team for 6 months. I currently help our customers with car, commercial vehicle and agricultural vehicle queries. I also work alongside our NFU Mutual Financial Adviser Norman Butler and Non-Advised Sales Consultants within the agency.

What is your favourite part of your job?
I really enjoy working with the NFU Mutual Mourneview team. They have all been great at helping me to settle into the role and answering my many questions. I also enjoy speaking to and assisting our customers.

Do you have any secret talents that your colleagues might not know about?
I’m not sure if it’s a talent but I like to sing and really enjoy cooking, especially Chinese or pizza.

What’s your guilty pleasure TV show?
I’d have to say Friends or Suits.

What is a travel destination on your bucket list?
I have a very long travel list, but I would say top 3 would be, Canada, New Zealand and Japan.

💛 MEET THE TEAM - VICTORIA BELL 💛

How long have you worked at the NFU Mutual Mourneview agency office and what is your role?
I started working within the NFU Mutual agency network in 2007, I started in the NFU Mutual Omagh agency office. We then relocated as a family and I started working in the NFU Mutual Ballynahinch office in 2015. In my role, I mainly deal with queries, amendments, renewal reviews, and new business quotations for farm and commercial policies. I also deal with motor and personal policies, and I am a claims handler.

What are some of the most interesting changes you have observed over the years while working here?
The most interesting change I have observed is the advancement of technology, mainly relating to how efficiently amendments to policies can now be completed.

What does your daily routine look like in the agency?
My daily routine starts with getting a cup of tea to start the day! In a typical day, I could be dealing with customer queries via phone, email or face-to-face. I could also be carrying out renewal reviews with our farming and commercial customers or dealing with claims.

What is your favourite thing about your job?
My favourite thing about my job is working with our great team of people and the varied work that comes with my job.

What is a hobby you have outside of work?
I love to spend time with my family, with days away and trying new places to eat out.
