Depending on your situation, lenders may accept:

🏠 A gifted deposit from family or friends
🏠 Gifted equity (for example, buying a property from family at a reduced price)
🏠 In some cases, even a loan (subject to lender criteria)

The key thing to remember?💭
Each lender has different rules, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all answer.

We’ve had lots of lovely new followers recently, so we thought it was probably time to reintroduce ourselves.👋

We’re Tipping & Webb, and this lovely bunch is the team behind it all.

We’re based in Kent but work with clients across the UK. Between us, we cover mortgages, protection and financial planning, helping our clients with everything from buying their first home and remortgaging, to life cover, pensions, investments and planning for retirement.

We’re a close-knit team and, as anyone who’s worked with us will probably know, we like to do things a little differently.

We talk to people like people, explain things without the unnecessary jargon, and really get to know the clients we work with. Because for us, that’s a big part of providing the level of service we’d expect ourselves.

There’s also a fair amount of laughter, chit chat and general team banter along the way.😂

As well as mortgages, protection and financial advice, expect to meet the team, see what goes on behind the scenes and, of course, the occasional appearance from our office cat, Crumpet, who considers herself the most important member of the team.

Although... dare we say it... a little bit of rain might actually be quite welcome now! 🌦️

With August here, the school holidays are well underway, suitcases are being packed, and calendars are filling up with family days out, holidays and making the most of the sunshine.
