Life feels pretty relentless for a lot of people right now, and rising living costs, work pressures and worries around money can all quietly take a real toll on mental wellbeing.🥺

This year’s theme focuses on taking action, and sometimes that action can be as simple as:

💙 Asking for support instead of bottling things up
💙 Stepping away from the doom-scrolling
