We had the opportunity to connect with some truly incredible people, share the vision behind our latest luxury countryside serviced accommodation project, and have some high-level conversations around growth, partnerships, and delivering standout developments in the market.

We’re currently working on a rural retreat project near Wi******er, on the edge of the South Downs, and having conversations with private investors and JV partners 🤝🌳

The vision is to create a high-quality, luxury rural retreat that genuinely makes the most of its setting — open views, privacy, and a calm rural feel, while still being easily accessible

The retreat is planned to be dog-friendly, with features such as log-burning fires and wood-fired hot tubs, designed to offer a considered countryside experience rather than something overly commercial

A lot of time has gone into research, assumptions, and ensuring the fundamentals of the project are robust.
The numbers have been approached conservatively, with a focus on resilience rather than optimism

At this stage, my focus is on progressing the project responsibly and continuing sensible conversations with people experienced in private capital, joint ventures, and property-led projects

When people hear the word investing, it’s often assumed this means putting money aside from savings 💷.

But that isn’t always the case.

For me, it comes down to clarity, alignment, and trust — open communication from the outset and a shared focus on building something sustainable over the long term. What an amazing Tuesday at Touchstone’s Deal Clinic 🤩🙌

My first time on stage alongside my amazing coach Nick, presenting my latest property project to a room of over 1,000 students, investors, and coaches — and wow, what a buzz!

I shared my vision and strategy for the property — transforming a beautiful countryside equestrian home into a luxury serviced accommodation retreat, designed for horsey holidays and dog-friendly getaways 🌳🐴🐾

I talked through how the numbers were assessed, including the investor returns discussed under the structure presented on the day.

The response blew me away, with 91% of the room voting it as an absolute DEAL! 🤩

I’m incredibly grateful for the support, feedback, and energy in the room — and so proud to be taking this project forward with clarity and confidence.
