As expected and discussed with many of you the past few weeks, the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee has voted to keep the base rate at 3.75% this month.

However, Mortgage products are hovering around 5%, so if you are coming to the end of a fixed rate or need some advice on purchasing, please get in touch to ask your money questions

Interest rates were held at 3.75% in July, when the Bank said it was ready to raise them if the Iran-US war escalated.
