Mental health challenges affect so many of us - across our community, our city and further afield. Chances are, someone you know is carrying more than they let on...and maybe, at times, you are too.
This years theme is Action. And while taking that first step can feel daunting, it's often that small, brave moment that opens the door to support. It could be as simple as speaking to someone you trust. Or reaching out and asking for help or support. Maybe it's simply allowing yourself to say, โIโm not okay today.โ
If youโre struggling, please know that youโre not alone, and you donโt have to face it on your own. This week, letโs be a little kinder to ourselves and to each other.
Check in. Listen. Pay the compliment. Offer a helping hand. Share a smile.
