Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming our very first work experience student, Henry, to the team! 👏

From day one, Henry settled into the office with ease, shadowing the team, completing over 70 hours of learning, and achieving an incredible 20 certificates in just one week. To top it all off, he delivered a fantastic presentation at the end of his placement, demonstrating just how much he'd learned about the insurance industry in such a short space of time.

Supporting young people through work experience is incredibly rewarding. If you're ever given the opportunity to welcome a student into your workplace, we'd highly recommend it. You never know the impact you might have on their future.

Henry is a bright, motivated, and hardworking young man, and we'd be delighted to welcome him back in the future. If he ever decides to pursue an apprenticeship with us, he'll certainly have a warm welcome waiting.

✨ June has been another fantastic month for the team!

We're delighted to have welcomed our newest team member, Will, who is already settling into his role brilliantly.

We also enjoyed our annual summer get-together, with a Boys vs. Girls Escape Room challenge... and let's just say the girls came out on top twice! 🏆🎉 We rounded off the evening with pizza, drinks, and plenty of laughs.

A special mention to Emma, who received another thoughtful gift from a grateful customer – a lovely reminder of the relationships we build every day.

It's also been great to see so many people visiting our office, with a steady stream of clients coming through the door.
