It’s been a while since I posted on here!

I have recently been asked a lot of equity release questions so for this week I am going to cover some information. Hope it’s useful 🏡

Clients will owe more than the value of their home?

There is a feature called “no negative equity guarantee” which means the client will never own more than their home is worth once it’s sold even if it’s less than the amount owed. This applies on death or moving into care.
