Benefits of using a broker part 1,352......

* Clients current deal is coming to an end in August 2025.
* We agree 2 years fixed is the way to go
* Two years fixed either via us or on the lenders app is 4.54% with £999 fee.

Client can arrange this themselves via the lenders app or they can ask me to do it (at no cost) and the outcome is the same....

OR IS IT....

* I notified them rates were going up the day we spoke so we had to move fast. Had we missed it rates would be worst the next day.

* The lenders LTV is an index valuation only and so we can appeal it

* We appeal the valuation and won dropping the loan to value and instantly the rate became 4.24% not 4.54% - Saving the client £70 a month.

* We now have Mortgage Metrics on the clients case checking the rates in case they drop more before the August completion date (which the lender won't do). If they do the client can benefit further.

One decision from the client and a bit of faith in me and a totally different outcome. I know who I would rather have in my corner.
