A busy few days down on the project but starting to see some real progress now 👍🏻

Before and in progress shots of the living room in flat 1. This room had been very poorly constructed previously and didn’t meet fire regulations. We have taken down the ceiling and the walls have been taken back to brick. A full rewire has taken place, new ceiling and stud walls built. We have then double fireboarded to meet 60 minute fire resistance and external walls have been thermally insulated. Acoustic insulation has been used throughout.
