If your tenant is in clear breach of the terms of their tenancy agreement due to unpaid rent or any other clear breach then you have the option to forfeit the lease.
Our agents can re-enter the premises whilst closed and change the locks. Notices will be attached to the entrances to advise that this action has taken place and giving the tenant the opportunity to collect their assets, by appointment, at your convenience.
We can offer supervised access if you require this to prevent any confrontation between yourself and the former tenant.
