Hi everyone.

Over the last month or so some members were given the choice to close their accounts and donate any funds to the local food bank.
For those who did donate we want to say thank you for your generosity! With your help less tummies will be empty this summer ❤️

We are in need of new persons to become tellers across our collection points in the North East Fife area. Our tellers are the face of the credit union, engaging with members, accepting deposits and assisting with enquiries.
No experience necessary.
Full training provided.

Below is a list of places and times where we need assistance-

- Monday- Anstruther Town Hall - 10:00am-11:00am

- Tuesday- Cupar Castlehill - 10:00am-2:00pm (2 hours blocks)
- Auchtermuchty Community Centre - 5:30pm-6:00pm

- Wednesday- Springfield Church - 4:30pm-5:30pm

- Thursday- St Andrews Davids Centre - 11:00am-1:00pm

- Friday- Cupar Castlehill - 10:00am-2:00pm (2 hours blocks)

Good afternoon friends!
I hope everyone is having a good day so far, it's nice to see the sun shining but, would much rather it without the wind!

As I'm sure you're all aware, the North East Fife Credit Union prides itself on the work we do for our community, but the community is far larger than some may realise. Which is why over the next few days I'll be posting about places in our community that our wee credit union is linked to that some of our members may find interesting.

Using community based places or stores will help our community thrive, making it a better place for us all. Just like a little one said to me a few days ago, teamwork makes the dream work and he's not wrong.

So, the next place I'd like to mention today is the East Neuk Centre Trust.

The East Neuk Centre Trust is a charity that works with and for the local community which is run by a busy and welcoming community centre complex in the heart of Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife.

They offer a wide variety of classes and activities ranging from childcare, formal education opportunities, sports and exercise, community activities to wedding venues. So there's something for everyone.

The East Neuk Centre Trust oversees the management of 4 buildings.

Hi folks!

We are in the process of gathering all phone numbers. This will allow us to contact you a bit easier. As the economy has moved on we realise that not everyone can send emails, not everyone can call and some people find it difficult to be mobile so visiting us may not be an option. So the option to text is something we feel a lot of our members may benefit from.

I will update you when this comes into place.

Good morning friends!
We hope you are enjoying the lovely sunshine today.

While this group is for our wee credit union today I'd like to mention another amazing organisation within our community, The North East Fife Community Hub.
Now, it's no secret that sometimes we're all in need of some extra support and the last few years has had an effect on us all. The community hub is a place where you can go eat, to meet and to chat. Providing us all with a range of activities to boost our energy and general mood. From food banks to cooking classes this place has something to help us all.

If activities aren't your style then they also have a community cafe giving you a warm space to have something to eat and catch up with friends and family or to meet new people. This is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 4.30pm With the breakfast club running from 8.30am -9.30am. on Saturday the cafe is open from 10.00am - 3.00pm. This cafe is fully accessible to all, doesn't cost a lot and you could even take it away.

The community hub is based in St Andrews at the St David's centre (KY16 8BP)
