Divorce and separation are a sad fact of life. With the Office of National Statistics stating that 42% of marriages end in divorce, the financials can become problematic but there are options that are often overlooked with mortgages.

Sometimes a clear head is all that is needed, which can be a big ask when emotions are running high.

Rachel is a qualified Protection Adviser with over seven years’ experience supporting families to protect what matters most — their income, their homes, and their future. With extensive first-hand experience of how protection policies can make a significant difference when they pay out, she is committed to providing clear, honest, and reliable advice.

She has been proudly working at Prolific Mortgage Finance Ltd since January 2025, working alongside our highly experienced and supportive team. As another season kicks off, we are delighted once again to be a proud platinum sponsor of our local football team, Hadley Football Club

This morning, I received one of the most heartwarming WhatsApp’s from a client. Faces have been clouded to protect their privacy, but messages like this really underpin the role of what us brokers do and makes all the stress that can come with this job, completely worthwhile.

Wishing them a lifetime of happiness in their new home, and look forward to the stories of this little one making memories growing up in his beautiful family home and the stunning gardens. Home really is where the heart is.

Not many jobs can create such emotional reward, but being able to help this wonderful family and see messages like this, make me absolute adore what I do.
