We’re preparing to launch Tenant Satisfaction Measures across our housing portfolio, with the first installations going live today.
Following several months of preparation, real time tenant feedback terminals will be installed at two of our largest sites, Imperial Apartments in Bristol and Sutherland Quarters in Crawley, with materials already in place across a further 12 sites.
The aim is to make it easier for tenants to share how they feel about our services, in a way that is simple, accessible and immediate. Responses are collated using AI supported reporting, allowing our teams to see issues as they arise and act quickly where attention is needed.
While we are not a registered provider, we choose to hold ourselves to the same standards of transparency and accountability. Hearing directly from the people who live in our homes is an essential part of how we improve what we do.
