Easy Admin Online is proud to support Madison Buxton at the WKC World Championships in Orlando, Florida

Madison is 14 Years of age and has been training in Martial Arts since she was 4 years old. She is a 2nd Dan black belt, and trains 6 days a week.

Madison has won many regional, national and international titles over the years and has been a member of the England Team since she was 7, winning numerous silver and bronze medals the WKC World title had eluded her until 2022 when Madison travelled to Kilarney, Ireland. Madison won 3 x WKC World Titles and a WKC World Silver Medal.

Madison has once again made the England Team, and will travel to Florida in October 2023. As an amateur sport these trips are all self-funded, so Maddie is reliant on sponsorship and funding so she can complete at world level. We are happy to be supporting Maddie in her 2023 schedule.

This is an exciting new position for an accountant within the EAO team who will be responsible for the preparation of statutory financial accounts and corporation tax returns. You will be joining us at time of significant growth for ourselves and within our client businesses. We are looking for qualified and experienced people who share our values and passion for seeing our clients thrive.

Working with a portfolio of the clients, the role consists of analysing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation and reconciliations required to produce Statutory Financial Statements and all notes to the accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• The completion of year-end accounts, CT600, and Corporation Tax computations.
• Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice.
• Monthly bookkeeping, including sales and purchase ledger processing, bank reconciliations, month end reconciliations.
• Analyse business operations to accurately forecast income, expenditure and cashflow.
• Prepare & examine financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Prepare accounts and management information.
• Prepare and reconcile VAT Returns.
• Self-Assessment tax returns and tax planning for sole traders
• Payroll
• Report to management regarding the finances of a business.

Qualifications and requirements
• Candidates must be based in the UK
• Level 4 AAT Qualified (minimum)/ACA/ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in practice
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

• Integrity – We are looking for someone who prides themselves in being honest and ethical.
• Dependability – We need someone who is reliable, responsible, and dependable.

This is an exciting new position for a bookkeeper within the EAO team. You will be joining us at time of significant growth for ourselves and within our client businesses. We are looking for qualified and experienced people who share our values and passion for seeing our clients thrive.

Working with a portfolio of the clients, the role consists of analysing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organisation.

Tasks
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
• Processing, coding and posting of purchase invoices and receipts
• Matching receipts and payments within the various bank accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Debtors’ reconciliation
• Creditor’s reconciliation
• Assisting with the completion of VAT returns
• Payroll administration duties
• Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications and requirements
• Level 3 AAT Qualified (or equivalent)
• Experienced, self-confident, and comfortable completing tasks with little supervision
• Confident using Sage Cloud Accounting and Xero
• Experienced and competent using MS Office
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
