The unnecessary fees and charges paid for debt relief and or referrals to debt agencies has always been a profiteering scheme by big business.
Always remember that if your in financial difficulties it’s best to work with your creditors first to find the best solution, don’t bury your head in the sand!
The FCA is banning fees that debt advisors receive for referring people to debt solution companies.
