Meet the Directors

Alicia and Oli are passionate investors who have been investing in property since 2013. million consisting of single lets and multi-lets, for the professional market. Alicia has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Studies with Spanish Degree: whilst Oli has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Studies Degree. Over the years, they've undertaken a variety of projects including

refurbishing distressed properties, large conversions and even the refurbishment of two gyms. They have also gained experience in a variety of areas including sourcing properties, planning, executing various HMO strategies, joint venture agreements and an exchange with delayed completion project. Welcome to Villa Verde, where we take you, from start to finish, through the whole process of turning a 14 bedroom guest house into a high-end 18 bed/bathroom HMO + a 1 bed flat in Horley, Surrey next to Gatwick Airport.

This will be a phased build out, with only 2 of the HMOs and the flat being built initially and the 3rd HMO in a few years.

Welcome to Ardingly Close, where we take you, from start to finish, through the whole process of creating a high-end HMO in Crawley, Gatwick.

For this project, we are converting a 4 bed house into a high-end 6 bed 8 bathroom HMO in Crawley, Gatwick. We're then hoping to create another dwelling to replace the current garage, but the details of which, we are unsure of for now.

This is the final video (for now) on this project. We've converted a 4 bed house into a high-end 8 bed 8 bathroom HMO in Crawley, Gatwick. We've got the HMO license for 6 bedrooms (and fully let them within a couple weeks) and we're now going to be going to planning to get permission for the 7th & 8th bedroom.
