Good news on the market front — last week's dip turned out to be just a summer blip. Sales agreed jumped from 21.7k to 24.4k in a week, so the wobble wasn't anything to worry about. Pricing still matters hugely though: four in five homes sold this year went through without a price cut, while half of listings are pulled unsold.
