A number of accounts have been subject to a cyber-attack after login details were gathered from third-party data breaches unrelated to ParentPay. The police and relevant authorities have been notified.

We want to reassure you that the ParentPay platform remains secure and uncompromised.

We strongly advise that all users select a secure and unique password for protecting their ParentPay account. For further information, please click the link below.

We strongly advise all users to urgently update their passwords (including email passwords) to ensure these are as strong as possible.
