Not going to Lie….Barclays is going on like a Top G at the moment with these rate decreases 😎👌🏼🔑🏡

Swap Rates on 2 Year borrowing have been coming down and my old employer has come out with some Top Tier Deals 🫡🩵🦅

Just had a Great Conversation with one of my clients about these new rates and will be looking to lock a deal down tomorrow when they go Live…🤝🏼💪🏼🩵🏡🫡🔑

It’s cold 🥶…. In fact it’s Super Cold 🥶 so there was only one way to get warmed up! Coffee at Costa with a BDM ☕️ 🍰 🫖

I had the pleasure of discussing all things Mortgages with Georgina England BDM at Coventry for intermediaries 👳🏻‍♂️🔑👱🏻‍♀️🏡

Now I could have easily logged onto the Intermediary site and read criteria until I fell asleep 💤 but I truly believe that building relationships with BDM’s is a key part of my role and something that I really enjoy doing! 🤝🏼🫶🫡

I discussed a large mortgage I’m looking at placing with Coventry for intermediaries due to their Fantastic Self Employed Lending Criteria and wanted to make sure the T’s were crossed and the I’s were dotted… ✅

A certain someone recently commented on one of my posts that ‘Great things happen, when people meet’ (Brett Salisbury) and I couldn’t agree more my friend!

I really enjoy my meetings with Scott Leach BDM at Kensington Mortgages simply because he is a man that knows his stuff! 🧠

We discussed Kensingtons Fantastic and very unique ‘Flexi Fixed for Term’ Propostiton and how that could benefit clients especially ones who want that long term security around their payments and also delved into the recent big news at Kensington which was, my old stomping ground, Barclays, taking over Kensington!👌🏼🏆💵
