This was a property we recently brought with an exit strategy of a flip.
We renovated this property to high standard to compete with the other properties in the area. We added a back kitchen extension to make the house more appealing for family’s. After all costs to buy/sell,refurb and pay back our investors including there 8% return we made a clear profit of £52k
With an roi of 21%.
