I’m genuinely amazed nobody has put a stop to this sooner! 🤯

Apparently, there’s a mortgage business called 3 COUNTIES MORTGAGE SERVICES doing something absolutely outrageous…

They’re helping people arrange mortgages…

They’re comparing mortgage deals from across the market…

They’re dealing with lenders, paperwork and applications…

And apparently… THEY’RE NOT EVEN CHARGING THEIR CLIENTS A BROKER FEE! 😱🤣

BUT IT GETS WORSE… 👇

🏡 They’re helping first-time buyers get onto the property ladder… without charging them hundreds of pounds for the privilege!

🔑 They’re helping home movers find suitable mortgage deals… taking away much of the stress of arranging the finance!

💷 They’re helping people remortgage… checking deals across the market rather than simply accepting whatever their existing lender offers!

🏦 They’re not tied to one bank… apparently they think customers deserve to have suitable mortgage options compared from across the market!

📞 And this is the really shocking bit… THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE, RETURN CALLS AND KEEP THEIR CLIENTS UPDATED! 😱

😡 AND THE WORST PART?!

The mortgage broker behind all this openly admits that he gets paid by the mortgage lender when the mortgage completes!

And apparently, he thinks that’s enough!

He doesn’t see why clients should have to pay him another £495, £595 or even £995 on top!

THE ABSOLUTE NERVE! 🤣🙈

Apparently, he believes…

✅ Good mortgage advice shouldn’t have to come with a hefty broker fee.

✅ Customers deserve someone to do the hard work for them.

✅ Comparing mortgage options across the market is better than being restricted to one bank.

✅ Looking after your customers properly leads to recommendations and referrals.

💷 £434 on one mortgage. £1,605 on another.

That’s what the lenders will pay my firm if the two remortgage applications I submitted yesterday complete.

So why on earth would I then turn around and charge those clients another £500, £600 or £700+ broker fee on top?

Especially when household costs are already high enough.

I’m already being paid for arranging the mortgage.

That’s exactly why my clients pay me:
