Who We Are

Kingsmith Property is a family business which has a mission to provide 1000 Homes for 1000 Families in Scotland by 2030. To achieve this we continue to build strong relationships with like-minded individuals and organisations across the UK and Internationally to deliver high quality investment services and opportunities.

About Us

Mary Ann and Paul both have professional private and public sector backgrounds.

Paul, a Chartered Accountant, had worked in private practice and the NHS before being seconded to the Scottish Housing Regulator as Head of Planning and Performance.

Mary Ann was an Organisational Development Consultant and qualified Executive Coach practising within the NHS and private sectors across Scotland. Through their work with people who faced complex social challenges they realised that, without access to good quality homes, interventions were never as effective as they could be.

Their combined skillset across finance and executive coaching provides a strong business foundation that delivers quality outcomes and a service that clients of Kingsmith can trust.

Our People

People are a priority for Kingsmith as our workforce grows with our business.

We continue to grow our capabilities and momentum, and are proud to be finalists in the Scottish Empty Homes Champions of the Year Awards 2019 for Outstanding Service.

Our plans are to continue to grow the business over the next 5 years and to create more than 20 new jobs to help us achieve our mission.
