We’re back with an update!

Since announcing the merge of our NFU Mutual Cirencester and Gloucester agency offices, it’s been full steam ahead behind the scenes.

One thing hasn’t changed though and that’s our priority to service and do right by our valued customers and community.

Throughout the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing some things that we’ve been up to. Starting this week, we want to talk more about our amazing customers.

Since the start of the year, we’ve carried out 80 customer visits to make sure our customers remain properly protected in a fast changing market. More than ever, we’re having important conversations about new and emerging risks — with cyber security being one of the most talked about topics.

Plus, our Agent, Dai, attended the NFU Conference in Birmingham — helping us stay close to the issues that matter most to rural businesses and families, as it’s always important we stand strong with our farming community.

This week marks an exciting new chapter as our Cirencester and Gloucester offices come together to form one united agency team.

While we’re joining forces, both offices will continue to operate as usual, serving our local communities with the personal, reliable service you know and trust. By combining decades of insurance experience into one strengthened team of 22 colleagues across both sites, we can ensure there is always someone available who understands your needs.
Our team includes four Agents: Tom Traish, Marco Del Monaco, Thomas Soanes and Dai Briley.

Uniting our teams allows us to draw on our combined strengths — from our farming expertise to our commercial know how — ensuring you benefit from the very best of our personal, local service.

Our team recently spent the day at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, lending a hand to help maintain their beautiful grounds. We rolled up our sleeves to cut down willow trees and clear paths full of leaves, making the outdoor spaces safer and more enjoyable for patients, families, and visitors.
