The new standards for B Corp UK certification mean we have to be more specific about our tangible actions toward social and environmental benefit.

Here are just some of the commitments we have made at Wise Investment:

• We prioritise using local vendors, whether that is for catering, stationary supplies, or picking up some more dish soap. It isn’t always possible unfortunately, but checking locally is always the first step. 🏡

• 100% of our employees are paid a family living wage. 👪

• We are going to improve our Supplier Impact - this means checking in with our significant suppliers to see what their positive social & environmental practices are. 🌍

Today we took some time out as a team to celebrate officially becoming part of the community.

There was a fantastic lunch, goodie bags full of treats, and a very competitive B Corp quiz (with prizes from some of our brilliant fellow B Corp companies 👏).

Moments like this are a reminder of why this achievement matters. Being B Corp means holding ourselves to higher standards for our clients, our people, our local community, and the environment.
