I’ve seen a lot of headlines recently about rates going up again and people starting to panic.

Let me tell you what’s actually happening…

Just last month, it looked almost certain that the Bank of England base rate was going to come down.

Then things changed globally.
Markets reacted.
Lenders adjusted their rates.

It can all change very quickly.

This is exactly why we always recommend:

👉 Securing a rate early to protect yourself

If you are committing to a lender for 30 years, it is worth knowing what they stand for.

Some lenders prioritise sustainability and green investment.

Some do not.

Most people are never shown the choice.

📍 Chinnor / Oxfordshire
🕒 20 hours per week (10am–2pm, Mon–Fri)
🏡 Hybrid working
💰 £27,600 FTE | £1,150 per month + bonus
