Six months into 2026, reflecting on where I was in January ...

POWER X Inkpact CRM Leaders Breakfast Club, on the fifth floor of a Members' Club in Covent Garden.

The signature handwritten Inkpact note set the scene: here's to a year of bold ideas, meaningful connections and leading with great energy.

Inkpact Founder and POWER O.G, Charlotte's banana word for 2026 was DISRUPT. 🍌

My bananachat, in reply?

Playful disruption is POWER and that day in January was no different.

Seeds planted and nurtured.

And today, blooming.

Charlotte's reflection, back in January:

POWER *in* the Pool. 💙

That weekend in June when we had to go indoors to make community POWER happen.

And, together, we made it happen. 💥

I threw out a wild card, 24hrs before: simply 'Bosham, indoors, who's in'. 👀

No booking link.

If it was a "YES" I sent you a location.

And, to make sure you didn't miss 'the left turn, down the grassy track', I stuck a POWER flag in the grass. 📌

Proper POWER wild+free bananas, just as I envisaged Pop Up life to be.

Thank you, for your trust - no questions asked - you knew it would be bananachat, bunch feel, and shift, no matter where.

And you confirmed it: "it really doesn't matter where you are ... I wasn't sure, but yeh (same POWER)." 🍌

And the POWER O.G who said: "so random, SO YOU."

I'm not dipping my toe, I'm all in for trying new things. So if you've got a burning desire to POWER at / in / on (or any other preposition you fancy) I'm all ears.

It often starts quietly - small put downs, controlling behaviour, a gradual erosion of confidence. Over time, fear replaces certainty, and isolation becomes normal.
